Your social networks are defined in Theme Options. By default you can include the icons in the header, but you can also throw them anywhere using the [social_bar] shortcode.
The following networks are available:
Amazon, Delicious, Deviant Art, Digg, Dribbble, Email, Facebook, Flickr, Foursquare, Github, Google+, Instagram, Linkedin, PayPal, Pinterest, Reddit, RSS, Sribd, Tumblr, Twitter, Vimeo, Yahoo, Yelp, YouTube
